Area youngsters entering grades 1-6, as well as 4- and 5-year-olds, are invited to a community day camp at Christ Lutheran Church, 1201 S. Elm St, in Jefferson.
The camp will be held June 18-21. School-age children will meet from 10 am to 2:45 pm. Preschoolers will meet from 10 am to 12:30 pm. Children should bring a sack lunch. Attendance every day is not required; children are welcome to come on days they’re able.
A team from Riverside Bible Camp will provide the program. The days will be packed with music, skits, games, crafts, JAM time and science fun, all centered on the theme “Seek First” (Matthew 6:33).
